I don’t know about you but it has been H-O-T outside around here lately! I know Summer is still technically a little less than a month away but it sure as heck feels like it’s already here. When the temperature creeps up we’ve gotta work extra hard to stay hydrated. We’ve been loving fruit infused water lately to help keep us all hydrated while still drinking a flavorful beverage.

Rev Your Bev Day was May 9th and schools all across the state of Virginia participated in coming up with fruit infused water recipes to make drinking water more fun!
Since 2013, Rev Your Bev has given parents and youth across Virginia the information and resources they need to make healthier beverage choices. Advocates statewide have held more than 1,800 Rev Your Bev Day events, with more than 100,000 people participating.
Liam struggles with drinking water so incorporating fruit infused water has made it way more fun for him! Trust me, they’ll drink it up!
Since we are in prime berry season, we have been loving this berry-centric infused water but the options are truly endless! Plus, it’s super easy! I just rinsed the fruit, cut up the strawberries and tossed both of them into a pitcher of water. You can drink it right away but it’s best when it sits for at least an hour and has time to fully infuse.
