Hey y’all! I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! We were insanely busy per usual. Liam absolutely loved Christmas though so that made the holidays 100x more magical and exciting for us. Although we had an amazing holiday and it was great to have 4 1/2 days off, it was an exhausting 4 1/2 days. I’m already looking forward to yet another long weekend that’s a little more relaxing.
Changing gears a little bit, while the Christmas shopping season is behind us, it’s now time for the Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale. Quite convenient how they plan that, no? Just in time for people to have a lot of gift cards and Christmas money to cash in. I see you Nordstrom!
But I was also one of those people in there today making an exchange and picking up a few other things while I was there. Below is a list of a few of my favorites from the sale.
I’ve had my eyes on these booties for quite some time but I don’t wear a ton of heels (I’m 5’8″) so I was hesitant to get them despite how comfortable my other TOMS are. When I saw they were on sale for 40% off I knew I had to jump on it! I was planning to order them online but decided to try them on in the store just in case and OMG are they comfortable! And the heel height is only 2 1/2 inches which is perfect. J-U-M-P on this deal!
2. DIFF Bella 53mm Polarized Sunglasses
If you watch my Instagram Stories, you’ll see I wear these all the time and they seriously are amazing! I am a bit of a sunglasses snob and only like polarized lenses and these do not disappoint! 3. Tory Burch Monroe Leather Continental Wallet
If you saw my For Her Gift Guide, this wallet is similar to the Parker Leather Wallet I listed but is quilted. They are pricey wallets but are definitely high quality products and worth the value since most wallets get used and abused. And since it’s 33% off you really can’t beat it!

5. Kendra Scott Kelsie Station Necklace
I was a little late to the party on the whole Kendra Scott trend but now I’m obsessed. I love the length of this necklace and it would be perfect to dress up some sweaters for a night out or to a work meeting. And it’s 33% off to yeah, again, can’t go wrong there!
6. Bernardo Thermoplume Insulated Jacket
It has been what feels like -6 around here lately (slight exaggeration) so this jacket would be amazing if you’re in a climate where it gets super chilly. Moto leggings are all the rage and I have been dying to get these. Realistically, I’m into anything that looks like pants but feels like pajamas so these are right up my alley. I had trouble justifying $40 for leggings but they’re 33% off and need to come home to mama!
8. PJ Salvage Henley Nightshirt
Am I the only one who hates wearing pants to bed? If I do wear them to bed, I end up waking up and they’re on the floor because I get too hot. Nightshirts might seem awfully grandma-esque but these are super cute, wintery prints and are marked down 40% off.
9. Oribe Dry Styling Collection
I absolutely love both of these products and literally just ordered a $46 bottle of just the dry texturing spray and saw this deal today and I’m going to be sending the other bottle back to get this gift set. This is a $90 value that is $52.50! That’s an amazing deal for 2 full sized, high-end products. And did I mention the smell of all of the Oribe products is absolutely amazing?
10. Articles of Society Carly Crop Skinny Jeans
I just got my second pair of Articles of Society and they are literally the most comfortable pair of jeans I’ve ever owned. They legit feel like leggings and are incredibly affordable (buh-bye $200 jeans!). If you haven’t tried them on before, do yourself a favor and run to Nordstrom to get a pair! This color and style combo is marked down 33% and are totally worth every penny. They do stretch out though so if you’re in between sizes, I would recommend sizing down.
