- Yesterday was my first day back to work after 12 glorious weeks of maternity leave. Fortunately, I’m only working half days this week to ease back into it but man was yesterday emotional for me. It was nice having some adult interaction but man did I miss snuggling that sweet little peanut!
- I’m super late to the podcast game but I’m recently obsessed with the Goal Digger podcast. I highly recommend it to any of my entrepreneur and influencer friends!
- We completed our entryway project (and by we, I mean Tyler) and it’s amazing! I wish we had done it when we first moved in. It looks so good has helped keep clutter off our kitchen table which is a welcomed change.
- Ummm the Peppermint Bark Oreos? They’re amazing! They taste like Thin Mint Oreos. So basically they’re tiny bites of heaven. You need to try them!
- Black Friday and Cyber Monday really seem pointless to me. Stores/Retailers run deals starting before Thanksgiving so why shop only on those specific days? Seems dumb to me. I prefer to do my Christmas shopping from the comfort of my couch.
- The Hallmark Christmas channel on Sirius XM is life. When I’m not listening to a podcast in the car or on the phone I’m listening to that with some occasional Holly channel mixed in.
- Who knew this was something we need to be buying at Home Goods? I’ll definitely be checking for it next time I stop in.
- I’m currently in that “Should I grow out my hair or cut it?” stage. I feel like as soon as I’m like, “Oh yeah. This is how I always need to wear my hair” after a drastic change, I decide the opposite a year or two later. Anyone else do this??

I remember the difficulty of leaving my babies for part-time work and it was so difficult for me. Hang in there, sweet mama!

Thank you! Since it’s the second time around it’s easier and harder all at the same time. Easier because I’ve done it before but harder because my heart has grown as a Mom so the separation hurts even more.
