- I started clenching my jaw in college and got a mouthguard at the dentist. I stopped using it a few years ago (I know, I know) but I feel like I’ve been clenching a lot lately at night and this video seems to have a way to help ease the tension.

- Our mudroom/entryway storage is almost complete! We just have to paint it and find baskets that fit. Unfortunately we have super awkwardly shaped cubby holes though and the baskets I bought today look like they’re for a barbie not real people so this should be a fun challenge.
