Hello world!

Welcome to The Blessed Mess! After having been out of the blogging world for a few years (some of you may remember me from my food blog Spicy Richmond), I am back at it! While I have a passion for cooking and food, with a an almost 7 month old, a husband, dog and a full-time job, finding balance between the different roles I play is key which is where this blog comes in.

My goal for this blog is to share bits of pieces of our lives, parenthood struggles, parenting wins, some of my favorite beauty items, etc. I’ve been incredibly blessed with this life and while it sometimes may seem to be a mess (read: usually is a mess), I can’t wait to start this next journey and share it with everyone.
